M O R I N G A workshop 04 November 2017
M O R I N G A workshop by Martin of Growell Organic Herb Sanctuary
Probably the only plant that contains all the nutrients that our body need. Protein, amino acids, carbohydrate, fats, vitamins, chlorophyll, fibre and more. Moringa (drumstick tree) is considered to have the highest protein ratio of any plant so far identified and is not genetically modified and altered by humans. Come learn more about this new “superfood”, Moringa, from farmer Martin who grows his own Moringa organically in Malaysia and make his own Moringa products without any preservative, artificial colouring and additive. There will be a demonstration on how to grow Moringa from cuttings, specially grown by Martin as well as Moringa tea samples for participants to try. This session is suitable for athletes and anyone who exercises regularly, soft drink lovers, anaemic friends, parents of hyperactive children, lactose-intolerant friends, vegetarians and tea enthusiasts.
